A WORK DAY IN IDAHO

A Photo Essay by Linda Epperly

My good buddy Tanis is indispensable when we worm and trim the sheep hooves. It is his job to load the sheep into the chute and keep them moving along. He does this with no fuss, no excitement and even the young sheep co-operate with his gentle method. He gives me a little kiss on the cheek at the end when he is told 'good job'. Photography is by Sue McAnulty.
