He possesses tons of natural talent with a strong desire to please. He is a very strong minded, thinking stockdog and a confident heeler who exhibits a natural presence of power working cattle. He has a hard grip and nice low heel but will turn heads with ease. Hondo is ASCA and AKC registered.
Georgia is a very strong head dog and has plenty of power and excellent judgement on the use of grip on either end. It is unique to find this level of working intensity along with such a willingness to accept training. Her superb working ability and intelligence is proven daily on our commercial cattle operation. Videos are available. Her competitive successes during her ASCA trialing career includes qualifying in 2010 and 2011 as a top 20 Finals Qualifier on Cattle. Her performance career includes 1st place in Advanced cattle in ASCA's 2010 merit program as well as multiple HITs in all classes of stock during 2009, 2010 and 2011. BREEDER: CUT'N LOOSE STOCKDOGS
EXPECTED WHELP DATE: mid January 2014
SIRE: WTCH W Lazy J Yippie Ki Yi Yo CD RTDsc DNA-VP (BJM Thor of Crown Point W Lazy J RTDs STDds x Lor A Quemada Queen)
DAM: WTCH Cut’n Loose Mi-T-Sweet Rosa AFTDs DNA-VP (HOF Cut’n Loose Mi-T-Tuff Outlaw STDd x HOF Cut’n Loose Mikinda Sweet ATDsd RTDs OFTDs)
Ki’s preference is to head cattle. He can stop one or more in their tracks when they are at a full run. With sheep and ducks, he prefers to drive from behind, and at home he is quite ready to nip a sheep heel if they are not moving just from his presence. His sense of rate is exceptional and when he locks on to a group, he directs their movement without needing any direction from his owner, Tom Morrare. He has an uncanny ability to read his stock and cover any handler needs. Ki made top ten in Started and Open Merit lists for all three stock in 2010. He was #3 in Started cattle and #1 in Open cattle. National Finals Qualifier 2010-2013 in Obedience and Livestock. Finished 7th in MVA at the 2011 Nationals. In 2013, he took 7th in Duck Finals. His trialing career boasts several HC and HIT awards. He is also a great help on the farm with stock and he has successfully worked larger flocks. He has a great personality and he is biddable with a strong desire to please. There is nothing he would rather do than work stock.
Rosa is a quiet, confidant worker. Her preference is to heel and keep a tight group moving. She is always focused on her stock and moves them in a calm, smart, efficient way. She can be strong willed with natural ability that makes her a fun working partner. Trialing, Rosa has many High Combined and High in Trial. If anything wants to be stubborn on my place, she says move --- it happens. This is one very athletic gal. FAST is another word that can describe her. What I expect from this cross is athletic dogs, preferring cattle because of their pushy, up close styles. Both parents can be pushed out and read the flight zone well. I love living with this dog. I can also rely on her to be my protector.
All colors expected – reservations started.

He has had a very successful trialing career to date with Jamie and is on his way to completing his WTCH. He is ASCA/AKC registered.

Her gathering instincts are very strong, has excellent rate and balance and covers her stock very well. She has plenty of power on cattle and will hit either end equally. She's become a really nice heeling dog. Multiple HITs in all classes of stock in 2009 and 2010. In ASCA's 2010 Merit program she ranked 5th in Advanced Cattle and 12th in Advanced Sheep.
