Although I've wanted to create a wall calendar featuring working Aussies for some years, the barrier has been that so many original digital photographs are not sufficiently high resolution to be turned into large prints.

Therefore, to be considered for the 2013 calendar, photos must have the following qualities:

• Must be a minimum of 300 pixels per inch resolution, and at least 11" x 8.5" or 2200 x 1700 pixels
• A good quality 11" x 8.5" paper copy of your photo is an acceptable alternative. Paper copies will be returned if you include a stamped self-addressed envelope of sufficient size.
• Photo must have a horizontal, or 'landscape' orientation.
• Photo must be of an Australian Shepherd working livestock in a calm, authoritative manner.
• Seasonal theme is a plus.
• Please include the call name and registered name of the dog, the name of the owner, the name of the photographer, where the photo was taken, and what was happening in the photo.
